Ayo Bassey is a certified cosmetics chemist, business expert, speaker and Influencer. She is the founder of Africa's foremost accredited cosmetics formulation institute, COC Beauty School.

In her 10+ years in the beauty industry, she has trained over 5,000 cosmetic formulators, and raised more than 100 beauty entrepreneurs in 20 countries and counting.

She has been featured on Fox 24, Guardian, This Day, Business Day, Arise News, amongst many others. Ayo Bassey was listed as one of  Africa's Leading Ladies in 2020, Vanguard's Amazon of the week in 2019, Guardian Woman of the week in 2020, and many others.

Apart from teaching and building 7-figure beauty businesses for clients, Ayo Bassey produces the only beauty product formulation T.V show,  COC Beauty Lab. 

COC Beauty Lab airs across Africa on Dstv on Sundays during its season, and streams on a number of on-demand streaming platforms across Africa all year round.  COC Beauty Lab has closed global licensing deals worth major figures in US Dollars, with Ayo Bassey championing the cause.

Ayo Bassey is also a wife, a mom, and a fun loving traveller.
